Paramount+ launched in the UK yesterday. As a side note I have a small amount of amusement as whomever designed the Disney+ website, did this one – they are identical! Anyway, the moment I finished the episode I had to login to raid so didn’t have time to ramble. Let’s see if I can remember stuff I thought!

We’ll call that an unscheduled skip due to extreme heat and migraine.
Also I can’t hold things in my brain atm. I think I am so consumed by ‘waiting’ that there’s no room for anything else. I just want a date for my house, something to hold onto, but nope wait is interminable 🙁

sometimes while reading fanfiction it becomes obvious that the author has forgotten that 2012 is almost ten years ago and that technology was actually very different then. then I have a crisis about 2012 being long enough ago that some fanfic authors need to do research to have historical accuracy.

#fandom is a magical place#fandom can’t ever die because you can’t kill an idea#something is always new to somebody and it will have seasons of harvest and fallow seasons but there’s always life#because there is love and when there’s love there is life#really I do have such feelings about fandom and how people from all over the world from all walks of life come together#people that wouldn’t otherwise meet but they have a common interest and then that leads to so much good#I mean yeah there can be a dark side too but that’s just life there can’t be light without shadows

Reading the discord and it all seems so easy these conversations. It flows and it’s nice and the people in the convo are welcomed and included. I feel like when I try and join in, it always stops all convos dead. Like boom. I hate that. I want to be part of it and I just muck it up and I don’t even know what it is that I do wrong.
