Do we know if Belle is in the Wish World? Has anyone asked Adam on twitter, even if it’s just a mention?

I’ve heard nothing about Belle being in the wish world or not. Adam answered a question about why Zelena wasn’t in the wish world the other day and his response was “who says she’s not” so I wouldn’t expect him to be any clearer on Belle than that. I imagine she’ll get a mention or a short cameo. I doubt she has much of a role in the wish world though just because she’s not particularly important to Emma or Regina who the wish world revolves around. 

Regina and Emma are gonna need Rumple’s help to get home, almost certainly. And for that they’re gonna have to strike a deal. I know this is likely to NEVER EVER happen but I like the idea of Regina bargaining with the information that possibly other!Regina has Belle sequestered away somewhere.

Oooh she makes a deal with the information that Belle isn’t dead.

And we get a final shot of Rumple finding 50 year old Belle alone in a cell somewhere. Locked up for 30 years again but this time, time was moving. 

Or she got released, went home, married some rando and had a bunch of kids and Rumple just looks on sadly.

I have a happier speculation. Rumple was imprisoned under Regina’s palace not under Snow and Charmings. So who says he’s been locked up for 30 years? I mean I know wish world doesn’t have to have any logic, or reasoning for why things happened. However, in reality nothing would have kept Rumple from Bae, and he wouldn’t have had a ‘magic bean’ just laying around.

So maybe Snow and Charming made a deal with him. We will give you “anything” if you give us something to defeat the EQ. Rumple would have been all “a deal only works if there is two interested parties, and the EQ being defeated doesn’t suit me.” – maybe he says why, like “ok irritating royals, I will grant your fondest desire for one magic bean” or something. Anyway, upshot is Rumple got Bae back to the EF, the EQ was banished and all was well. Rumple never wanted Cinderella’s baby anyway so no reason to lock him up.

Which means that Rumple and Belle could have been happy together for years, before something happened (perhaps Bae’s death) that meant Rumple was imprisoned under the EQ’s palace.

WIP meme: police

*flaps hands excitedly* I’ve never had anyone send the WIP meme for me before! 🙂 I thought that this was a really random word and I wouldn’t have it and then I remembered Nightwalkers. It appears 6x in that document.

Plus, she remembered Gold’s promise to donate the same amount to the police
benevolent fund to cure her reluctance. It was an absurd amount of money for a
private citizen to donate to a police operation.

Haha awww thanks, although that tag is very self-serving because it sort of exists in the hope people will use it. Plus I like to send everyone I notice who is doing TMI Tuesday a question, and quite often I get stuck, so tag to the rescue with questions 🙂

Anyway, wow what a question! Let me think. To be honest (shameful confession here) aside from fanfic I don’t read that much but I do watch a fair bit of TV. So I tend to write and visualize what I’m writing as a TV episode or a movie, and then it’s just a matter of putting what’s in my head on paper. I don’t obviously see everything, I just get flashes of certain scenes, and some images are more vivid than others.

Between Two Fires – was sort of a science-fiction/espionage mashup which I love, and hope to write more of that verse one day. That was quite visually strong. The other fic that comes to mind as being very visually striking is The Beauty and the Tragedy.

Out of the two of them, I think I would go with Between Two Fires, purely because it had so many things in that I love. That fic was a real guilty pleasure. Sci-fi is probably my favorite genre these days, but several years ago it was espionage, and bringing the two together – well I had fun 🙂 Heh I’m smiling now, just picturing it.

I’ve had some absolutely amazing feedback on Chapter Seven of Painting Layers of Love and I’m going to do a spot of revision. So if you’ve already read it, I’m going to be reblogging the changed version later. It’s not going to change the events of the chapter, but hopefully it will make everything make more sense and fix some characterization issues.

Thanks @of-princes-and-savages for the tag. Hehe Bumblr – love it! Although with how it keeps not loading gifs properly (grrrrr) I’m definitely inclined to agree 🙂

Last movie I watched: I don’t know if I can remember, I don’t watch movies that often. You know it might have been Ravenous on the stream.

Last song I listened to: “Should I stay or should I go” – The Clash.

Last show I watched: The Grand Tour.

Last book I read: Does fanfic count? Otherwise no real clue. I’m terrible at remembering to read. It was probably one of the Stargate TV-tie in books, I like those.

Last thing I ate: Breakfast! Raspberry and vanilla yogurt, and crunchy nut cornflakes (in separate bowls).

If I could be anywhere I wanted to be right now: I’m at home in my room, so perfect place really.

When would I time travel to: Definitely the future, I want a spaceship like one of those puddle jumpers from Stargate: Atlantis.

First thing I’d do with lottery money: Depends how much I won but I’d probably buy a house, or lots of houses. Long-term property is one of the safest investments around as it doesn’t depreciate in value much. It can also provide an income from rental.

Character I would hang out with for a day: Oh tough one. All the characters I really admire would be fed up with me after about two seconds. However, I suppose the character I would like to meet the most is Samantha Carter. Maybe she’d have some good life tips 🙂

Legit question I forgot to put in my review – David and Snow were obviously supposed to be 28 years older. Why does Robin not look older?

Was Robin in a sleeping curse? Did he have some time in the land of untold stories? What happened to Roland? I have all the questions about this episode! Plus when did it become March and a three month hiatus again? I thought it was going to be a shorter hiatus this year. I’ve missed something.

Because Emma’s brain knew her parents had to be older, they had to age because she was never the Savior and she lived with them and she had Henry. Robin is still the age he was in the EF because he didn’t need to age. I feel it’s all compensating for what Emma needed to see to believe the fake world and stay there forever.

I know, you are most likely right. I saw your post about logic regarding Bae and how all that happened. You are probably 100% right, not disagreeing at all, not really. I just like things to have reasons. I’m one of those really irritating people that will search for logic even when there isn’t any.

Although I suppose your answer is actually the most logical. You are being very reasonable and I’m not. I just … want more /hides and now the hiatus is super long again, I have time to think up crazy theories.

Like they said they banished the Evil Queen so she could never return – banished probably doesn’t mean killed. So is she still out there? Is she under a sleeping curse? What did they do with her? Is Regina hoping to bring fake Robin back to the real world? Is she going to bring fake Robin and fake Regina together, so that true love can win out in this alternate fake world? I’m sorry, I’ll stop. This is just a bit of fun 🙂

That’s totally fine. I mean you can want more explanation, I’m just saying that the posts I’m seeing that are dragging the episode because there’s no explanations for this stuff are sort of pointless because y’all are never going to get these explanations. The show doesn’t have to because some of this is just not important and not really a part of the story. It’s references and acknowledgements of history and characters to round out the world and to let fans know that these people and things aren’t forgotten. It’s all there to support Emma believing what she is seeing and experiencing and staying in the AU world. It’s not that she’s stopped being the Savior, because I don’t think Aladdin’s genie powers and a wish can actually do that. But what it did do was create a world where she didn’t have to be and believed she wasn’t.

But by all means, use this stuff as fodder for fics and metas and whatever. Don’t let whatever I see deter from that. It’s just that once again some people in the OUAT fandom need to let some shit go. It was a great episode. Don’t hate on the whole thing because one or two insignificant things don’t have an answer you like. (You being the fandom collective and/or the people who made the posts I’ve seen.)

Ah ok I understand now. I’m probably a bit odd with my opinion on this. I would never drag the show for not explaining these things. I don’t expect any answers – ever. Would I like answers? Yeah, but the answers aren’t important. The fun is in the speculation.

The show doesn’t have the time to explain everything, there’s only 40 minutes per episode. Filling in the blanks is what I enjoy most about Once, it really fires my imagination, that’s what makes it my favorite currently airing show. Plus if they never tell us, then all that is left is pure potential. We can have all the options we want and everyone can be happy.

I love theorizing. Maybe it’s a writer thing, but I just love going “what if?” and imagining as many possibilities as I can. The only thing better is if other people want to join in, and then they’ll have ideas I’d not thought about. That’s one of the things I love about fandom, reading all the theories I would never have dreamed up. This is probably why I don’t know anyone in real life who will discuss shows with me, I could exhaust anyone with how much I love to theorize and debate.

Anyway, I loved 6.10 which is why I’m overthinking everything about it. This is what I do when I love something – when I care. I get all excited and want to talk about it 🙂

Who wants to write the one where Bae returns to the EF and falls in love with a princess and has no idea that her parents secretly captured his father the DO thirty years prior?

I really wanted an explanation for how Neal got back to the Enchanted Forest especially considering Rumple was apparently imprisoned the entire time so it couldn’t have been his doing.

Maybe he never left? There was no portal, he just ran away and did some deed that got him made a squire and eventually a knight?

The problem with that is the timeline. There’s a couple of hundred years between Rumple becoming the Dark One/stuff going down with Bae, and then Emma and present day people. So Bae would have had to chill somewhere else for a while – land of untold stories perhaps? I mean that would be a good place to run. Maybe rather than a bean, the blue fairy gave him a key?
