Last movie I watched: I don’t know if I can remember, I don’t watch movies that often. You know it might have been Ravenous on the stream.
Last song I listened to: “Should I stay or should I go” – The Clash.
Last show I watched: The Grand Tour.
Last book I read: Does fanfic count? Otherwise no real clue. I’m terrible at remembering to read. It was probably one of the Stargate TV-tie in books, I like those.
Last thing I ate: Breakfast! Raspberry and vanilla yogurt, and crunchy nut cornflakes (in separate bowls).
If I could be anywhere I wanted to be right now: I’m at home in my room, so perfect place really.
When would I time travel to: Definitely the future, I want a spaceship like one of those puddle jumpers from Stargate: Atlantis.
First thing I’d do with lottery money: Depends how much I won but I’d probably buy a house, or lots of houses. Long-term property is one of the safest investments around as it doesn’t depreciate in value much. It can also provide an income from rental.
Character I would hang out with for a day: Oh tough one. All the characters I really admire would be fed up with me after about two seconds. However, I suppose the character I would like to meet the most is Samantha Carter. Maybe she’d have some good life tips 🙂

I got all except one and I’m shocked.
I’m from England so I’m not American and I got 23 out of 25. The actual test isn’t multiple choice though is it? Because to be fair that made it a lot easier, it was mostly just common sense.
PaintingLayers!Nick: What would it mean to you if Belle really does return your feelings? Would you change your life for her? Can you imagine how she might fit into your life away from the cottages? I know it’s early at this point, but it seems to me she merits those what-if thoughts, with how special she clearly is to you.
I haven’t allowed myself to consider that Belle could ever regard me as more than a friend. I consider myself fortunate enough to have her friendship.
However, if we are to enter the realm of fantasyland. My son Neal believes that I will hurt her, and he is probably right. It wouldn’t be intentional but work has consumed my life. Would I change for Belle? I’m not sure I know how, I’m not sure I could. I’m not sure there would be anything left of me if I tried.

Painting Layers!Gold – Are Belle’s paintings really that good or were you just being nice?
I’ve been accused of many things dearie, being nice isn’t one of them.
I haven’t asked how Belle lost her sight. From her paintings I assume she could see at one point. When I first saw the paintings, I believed they must have been painted when she could see. I was impressed then, learning that she had painted them recently … words fail me. Her paintings are incredible, she has a real gift.
Painting Layers!Belle – What’s your favorite thing to paint? Have you ever thought about painting something special for Nick? Maybe something he can take with him at the end of his sabbatical to remember you by? ;)
I like to paint landscapes mostly, both of the places I’ve been and of the places that I once wanted to visit. Well, I say that’s what I like to paint, I have no idea whether the image in my mind translates to the canvas. It could be an unrecognizable blob of mixed paint.
Nick has been very kind, and very complimentary, but I don’t know. He probably wouldn’t want one of my paintings anyway. Don’t tell him, but … I don’t usually paint people but after he let me map his face, I tried to paint him. I could never, ever show him, I wouldn’t want him to be offended.

Bae: I’m sure the dance is going to be great – if we ever get there! Papa just went to make Nadia choose a book, so we should be leaving soon. Do you … do you think that Emma would like to … (whispers) kiss?
Emma: (checks the clock again for the hundredth time in the last five minutes) Bae isn’t late but ugh I hate waiting. Mom and dad already left so they could chaperone. All the older kids always say the dance is lame, so I don’t know, I think it’ll be cool. Kiss Bae? *blushes* well maybe, if it feels right. Do you think he’ll want to kiss?
Right Wrong Number Mary Margaret: Don’t you think you’re rough on Gold? Bae is a sweet, polite boy, which is a reflection of Gold. And Gold treats Belle like a queen. Perhaps if you showed Gold kindness, the rest of Storybrooke would follow in suite.
That’s what David keeps saying but I don’t know. The man seems to have relished his reputation up until now, and standing up for him is an unpopular position. Think about what the rest of our friends would say. *sigh* I know it’s the right thing to do but doing the right thing isn’t always easy. I don’t want my car to be spray painted next, this town can be vicious when it wants.
Everything is crazy with thanksgiving and Christmas at the moment. However, David has suggested we all go out for dinner together. The moment we can find a date everyone can agree on, we’ll go. I know that’s an excuse. Maybe it would be easier if the kids came the first time. I’ll have to talk to David.

Yeah how can I choose when I love all of the characters so damn much? I thought maybe about picking Samantha Carter because she is an inspiration, or Nicholas Rush just because, but really it was like a 10 way tie.

I had the same problem with Alias, how could I pick between Jack and Irina, or Sark actually for that matter? With Flashpoint, how could I pick between Spike and Jules? Then there was the problem of can you still call a character your favorite, if the canon version started to disappoint you? I had that with both Ziva David and Kensi Blye on NCIS.
Hmm I just realized my favorites all have something in common – they are all brilliant. Ash is the fixer on the team, he can hack into anything, he is the one that makes all the plans work. Amita and Fitz both have PHD’s, Catherine is a forensic scientist and Two is the brains of the Raza. Then for the ones I couldn’t pick between, Carter and Rush are both scientists, Spike is a hacker/brains of the team … yeah I’m sensing a pattern emerging heh 🙂
