Note: Here’s part two of the prompts from last week. The final chapter (unless I get more prompts), dealing with the date and a couple of other loose ends will be posted on Friday 🙂
On Tumblr: Chapter One, Chapter Two (Part One)
Before Gold
knew it, it was Friday. When he had been in his shop, at times Friday had felt
like forever away. He would pass by the window and catch sight of the library
doors, or he would see the back of Belle as she walked down the street, her
chestnut curls whipping around her in the light breeze. Every day he was sure
that she would cancel, and he wanted Friday to arrive quickly before she could
change her mind. The one thing he was sure of, was that she wouldn’t just stand
him up, she wasn’t that cruel. When Friday
morning dawned, Gold was just pouring milk on Bae’s cereal when the boy himself
entered the kitchen. Bae was sleepily rubbing his eyes, his hair sticking up all
over the place and making Gold itch to find a comb. Gold’s eyes flickered to
the clock, and he shook his head, as always they would be pushing it to get to
school on time. Bae was a terror in the mornings, he just didn’t want to get
out of bed. Merlin only knows what he would be like as a teenager.Adorable! Non-icky indeed!
I’m really glad you liked it seeing as this was your prompt 🙂 Yeah I don’t actually know any kids, so I think I probably write them too sweet but it’s fluffy fic so I guess that’s ok. The next part will be up tomorrow!
My 10yr old told me just yesterday about her friend having a crush but she wasnt into that cus all boys were yukky. So I think youve got it spot on.
Im kind of hoping for a rating change and some transposing of digits behind the cabin.
Oh that’s good to know, thanks! I won’t ever do a rating change because that’s not fair to readers that start thinking it was one thing, and then it becomes something else. However, I’m not adverse to oneshots in the same verse should I get inspired in that direction. I’m glad you liked it 🙂
