I have a love/hate relationship with discovering shows late.

One aspect of this is yay binge watching but boo so much canon material I haven’t seen.

I’ve had this with Agents of Shield. I watch an episode and something makes me want to write fanfic but I’m weeks/months behind and as I don’t want to be completely spoiled I have no idea if what I’m thinking is stupid or not based on the episodes I’ve not seen thanks to living in the U.K.

I’ve written canon-divergence of course but doing so knowingly (or before it gets rendered thus by canon) is different from exploring something that canon has dealt with and I just don’t know because I’m behind.

It’s a very frustrating feeling.

But seriously if “how Hera and Kanan” met isn’t covered at some point then I’m going to write it.
