We don’t see it but then we don’t see a lot I guess. Do you think they have video games in star trek future?

I mean I guess by Picard time they had the holodeck which is like being in any kind of game you could imagine. But in Strange New Worlds time that wasn’t a thing.

I’m also guessing that the reason the only movies mentioned are old black and white ones is due to copyright? Because with how huge franchises are like Star Wars or Superheroes I’d expect references. Yet in Enterprise the only movies they show are old black and white ones.
