Time Flies
How on earth did I manage not to update for five days? I swear I just did this yesterday. I’d like to say I’ve been having fun, at least that would make sense about time passing so fast but I haven’t. I’m in my final year, I have exams in just over a month and I don’t want to fail. However, it is my birthday tomorrow and thus I don’t want to do any extra work above and beyond the lessons I have to attend. Everyday for what feels like weeks I’ve also been told that you’re only 18 once and while I don’t intend to drink - I hate the smell and don’t agree with it anyway with what it does to health. Anyway, so I don’t really intend to do much work if any this bank holiday weekend at all. So to make up for my lazy birthday weekend I’ve been doing lots of work early this week. I’ve nowhere near done what I need to do hence time flying, it always seems to spite me.
I have one free lesson today and that’s an hour and then my mum is taking my grandma to get her eyes tested this evening so she won’t be home till 8pm so I have from 4-8 to do work. That’s five hours it should be enough to get the remaining essay and research done. If not I will have to take a break from my birthday holiday (a reward from me to me really because of working all easter vacation 12 hour days on my computing coursework). Still, should have a decent amount of time off. I pretty much know what I’m getting but I promised my mum I’d forgotten so I’ll have to blog my excitement some other time.
